Our Veterinary Nurses are registered with the RCVS and have taken the oath .... " I PROMISE AND SOLEMNLY DECLARE that I will pursue the work of my profession with integrity and accept my responsibilities to the public, my clients, the profession and the Royal College of Veterinary Surgeons, and that, ABOVE ALL, my constant endeavour will be to ensure the health and welfare of animals committed to my care."
RAMP is a voluntary industry regulatory body which maintains a competent national register of professionals who have signed up to take responsibility to attain and maintain gold standards of practice in animal musculoskeletal treatment.
Each policy is unique, it is always worth checking with your provider.
Your insurance may ask if we are an approved centre for treatments. We are a Registered Hydrotherapy Centre with NARCH and our Veterinary Physiotherapists are approved by RAMP. We also have RCVS Registered Veterinary Nurse's.
We ask that all clients pay Healing Hounds directly before, or at the time of treatment.
Please let us know if you require help when submitting a claim to your insurance provider.
